GGLUXOUTLET is an independent, authentication-led outlet for brand-new luxury goods. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean GGLuxOutlet.

02 · Products & authenticity

All items we sell are represented as genuine and brand-new unless expressly stated otherwise. Every piece is independently inspected and ships with a numbered GGLUXOUTLET authentication card. Product images and descriptions are provided in good faith; minor variations in colour or detail may occur between screens and the physical item.

03 · Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable duties and taxes for most destinations. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before an order is accepted. Discounts and “outlet” pricing reflect our independent resale pricing and are not set by, or representative of, any brand.

04 · Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, due to stock, suspected fraud, or a pricing error — and will refund any payment taken in that case.

05 · Trademarks & intellectual property

All third-party brand names, trademarks, and logos referred to on this site remain the property of their respective owners. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by, or endorsed by any brand whose products we offer, including Gucci® and the Kering Group. We refer to brand names solely to identify and describe the genuine goods we sell. The GGLUXOUTLET name and our own site content are our property and may not be copied without permission.

06 · Shipping & returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Information, and returns and refunds by our Refund & Returns Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

07 · Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

08 · Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

09 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
