How to return

Three simple steps.

STEP 01

Request

Email support@ggluxoutlet.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We’ll send return instructions.

STEP 02

Send it back

Pack the item with all original packaging, dust bag, and the authentication card, and ship it using the method we provide.

STEP 03

Refund

Once received and checked, we refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Conditions & exceptions

Eligible returns

Items must be returned unused and in the exact condition received: no signs of wear or use, with all tags, the original dust bag and packaging, and the numbered authentication card intact.

Non-returnable items

  • Items returned without their authentication card or original packaging
  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery
  • Personalised or made-to-order pieces, where stated

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange for another available piece. Request an exchange the same way you’d start a return, and we’ll arrange the swap once the original is received and checked.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping was complimentary; return shipping is at your cost unless the item was faulty, incorrectly described, or sent in error — in which case we cover it.

Faulty or misdescribed items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right at no cost to you. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
